There have been many rumors about a truck in Pokémon Red, Blue, and Yellow that is on a strip of land near the SS Anne. A lot of people say Mew is under it but that is not true. Mew can only be obtained by getting it at one of the Pokémon Parties. Other rumors say you will be able to drive it around after you find the keys but this is not true. What the Pokémon Truck really is, is a bit of programing that the devlopers forgot to remove from the game. It isn't a glich so don't worry. If you want to see it you will have to not get the HM Cut instead you will have to trade over a pokémon that has been taught Cut from another game. Then you must keep playing until you obtain Surf. Next you will have to go back to Vermillion City. Finnally go to the broad walk (where you see th SS Anne) and Surf off it to the right keep going until you see a strip of land, go to it and on it you will find the truck. The truck is not in Pokémon Gold and Silver or Crystal.
