As many of you know in Pokémon Gold and Silver, as well as Pokémon Crystal,pokémon can hold items which can aid them in battle. They can also hold mail which comes in handy when you want to give someone a message throught the Gameboy when trading. You could write any message. For example you could write "take good care of <insert pokémon here>":
