Box Trick
The Box trick is a trick Nintendo put into the game to help people bring their pokémon up to maximum status. Performing it is very simple. You simply fight wild pokémon (the more the better) making sure your pokémon does not raise a level. I recommend fighting about 20 pokémon at least. To keep your pokémon from gaining a level either raise it to level 100 or fight weak pokémon. Then go to the computer in any pokémon center and deposit and withdraw your pokémon. After that you have sucessfully performed the box trick. The Box Trick works in Pokémon Red and Blue, Pokémon Yellow, Pokémon Gold and Silver, Pokémon Crystal, and Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire.
