There is a 90.2% chance of receiving a common item. Now if you have a the commonly received items in your pack excluding dolls of course you will have a better chance of getting another one of other items in the same category. However if you try to cheat and put everything you can commonly get in your pack and have every doll, having all of the items in one category will reset the odds of getting one item in that category. There is this fourmla will work with uncommon, rare, and super rare items too but the odds are different.
When Mystery Gifting, if you receive the message: "Must retrieve gift at Pokémon Center," you will need to visit the 2nd floor of any pokemon center and speak to the man behind the counter. He will give you a gift from the last time you mystery gifted.
