Celebi

Here are the descriptions that are in the Pokédex:

-Gold: This Pokémon wanders across time. Grass and trees flourish in the forests in which it has appeared.

-Silver: When Celebi disappears deep in a forest, it is said to leave behind an egg it brought from the future.

Cerebi is a Psychic/Grass type.

Let me let you in on a little secret. Cerebi is... in the GS ball. Also Cerebi is the Illex Forest's Protector.

Sightings:

-Pokémon Crystal: There is one in the Illex Forest in the japanese version online

-Pokémon the 4th Movie.
