Pokémon Gold & Silver was released October 15, 2000 in North America.
Some of the New Features in it are:
-100 new Pokémon
- You can catch up to 221 Pokémon in each version.
- Now you have a Backpack with four compartments.
-Pokégear has a Map, Phone, and a Radio.
-An Internal Clock.
-Pokémon Eggs.
-Equipable Items.
-A new Trainer named Cal.
