Some people do not know that there are fake Pokémon Games. They aren't made by Nintendo. They are made by criminals. The fake Pokémon games that are currently in existance are:
Pokémon Diamond
Pokémon Jade
Pokémon Platinum
Pokémon Adventure
Pokémon Adventure 2
6 in 1 Pokémon Games (RBYGSC in one cartridge)
These are all fake games. If you have one I suggest you see if you can get a refund.
If you know where they are sold, call 1-800-255-3700 to submit a report and have the store or site shutdown. When you are presented with options. Press 0 to go directly to a nintendo representative. Ask the representative to forward a report to the legal department. Be sure to say the website address or store address. If you do not have that do not call nintendo because they need that information to take an action.
Note: Just because it has a box and "nintendo's seal of quality" does not make it the real thing. Anyone can counterfit nintendo's seal of quality.
Also Note: Nintendo has decided to call a new Pokémon game Pokémon Diamond. You can tell the difference between the fake Pokémon Diamond we reported and the real one Nintendo is making Pokémon Diamond because the fake is made for the orignal Game Boy while the real one is made for the Nintendo DS.
